  what's the difference with holding (and flipping, if it's a book) the menu? unless of course you already know what to order.

  Don't worry, you've already touched every germ you're going to encounter for the night on the door handle to the restaurant and the table you're sitting at. People underestimate the sheer quantity of microbes you encounter on a daily basis, and conversely, overestimate how susceptible you are to them. You're immune system is really good at what it does!
