- wsc981 3y agoIn The Netherlands there's a guy (Johan Vollenbroek) that sues the Dutch government for nitrogen emissions through his foundation (stichting), but at the same time owns a public LLC (BV) that advises on how to avoid or reduce nitrogen emissions. Hiring his company for advise will prevent getting sued by his foundation.
