- kijin 3y agoOracle talking about "open and free". Didn't think I would live to see that happening...
- userbinator 3y agoRemember when MS changed from being heavily against Linux to "Microsoft loves open source"? Whatever benefits their bottom line.
- AviationAtom 3y agoOracle today is what Microsoft was 15 years ago. It would be shocking to see Oracle resemble what Microsoft is today to open source, but I'm not holding my breath for it.
- binary_ninja 3y agoIs it me or there was a certain passive-agressivenes on that Oracle article?
- B1FF_PSUVM 3y agoSheesh, that's not passive ... "Finally, to IBM, here’s a big idea for you. You say that you don’t want to pay all those RHEL developers? Here’s how you can save money: just pull from us. Become a downstream distributor of Oracle Linux. We will happily take on the burden."
