One note is that most of the crops grown for seed oil are "high oleic" varieties that produce a fat makeup more similar to Canola oil than you'd previously see for those crops.
- slothtrop 3y agoMany, but notwithstanding crops, they will be identified as such in the package ingredients. Anecdotally, I still see bog standard sunflower oil more often than the high-oleic variant.
