I tested with my own DNS servers, google, cloudflare and L3/Lumen - broken on all and it wasn't a DNS error.

  The only other issues on the internet I see are Prolexic (A big DDoS scrubbing network), Reddit and a few other prior blips for CF and Level 3. [1] Nothing on IWM [2] Are you by chance on Level 3? Otherwise no idea. I can reach them from Los Angeles, Toronto Canada, Fremont CA, the Rocky Mountains. Ill try from a few more places.     No. I'm on Sonic at home and AS40475 (my ASN) for other stuff.
