You can use VMware Workstation Player and an unlocker like Auto-Unlocker (https://github.com/paolo-projects/auto-unlocker https://github.com/paolo-projects/auto-unlocker) to enable Mac OS as a guest. It works, but it's very slow because the Mac guest runs without GPU acceleration.
