- jqpabc123 3y agowhy does everyone feel the need to be artsy? I'd like to break this question down into two parts if I may. The first part --- Why? Well, this is a question philosophers have pondered for millennia. The second part --- Does everyone feel the need to be artsy? Yes. Look at this way --- it's kinda like sex. Joe User instantly responds to it on an almost sub-conscious level. The utility can kinda suck compared to alternatives but if it looks pretty, they tend to prefer it --- at least initially. Functionality; on the other hand, is an acquired taste that only develops over time. And without the initial attraction; it may never get a chance to develop at all.
