I read the "M" in "$2,495M" as mega/million (ie. $2,495,000,000 gets you unlimited access!) and though it was a silly joke or interesting rant on AWS.
For clarity it's "per month", ant this is just a plug for some business. The website actually spells it correctly as "$2,495/m".
