This feels like a lot of writing for what could me described as a vanity project for Zuck to throw shade at Elon for a small amount of money. If it's successful, yay, brand new product to monetize. If it fails, it still annoyed Elon and make Zuck look better.
- version_five 3y agoI think the title was just bad. It's a good description of what's wrong with the modern internet, but it's framed as just what's wrong with Threads, which I agree could be answered much more succinctly.
- 3cats-in-a-coat 3y agoI wouldn't call it a small vanity project. This in 10 years may be what Facebook has become.
