I doubt it will deduce a shape if you give it a few dozens of points in a random order and not connected any lines, as that requires some abstract thinking. But I totally believe that if you give it 3 points, it will guess the shape. Btw, deducing shapes from points is a good proxy to what a thought is: it's a possible interpolation between observations, and we call such interpolations "meanings".
