Um, this is about 17 GW if I did my math right (150 x10^12 / 24 / 365). For reference, Bruce Power has the worlds largest nuclear reactor and they produce 48 TW-hours per year, with a nameplate capacity of 6.5 GW [0]. Pretty sure this is bullshit.
Also, this person's Twitter handle is "venturecoinist" which probably tells you everything you need to know.
