Yup. The chatbots are basically a friendly version of search, useful for the non-tech but anyone here will almost certainly not benefit. You want to cut down your customer service costs, actually provide answers online! I would say at least 80% of what I call companies about are things that perfectly well could have been done online if their website actually allowed it.
