The number of users by itself therefore says nothing about whether or not people in general want to interact with bots for customer service queries, since it could be that, say, 95% of ChatGPT users are there because they want to learn more about ChatGPT, not because they generally enjoy fulfilling daily tasks with the help of a computer.
