I think that a person can still hate Musk/Twitter while agreeing that they should win this case.
PS - I've been told that defending yourself against California §17200 claims is really, really difficult. Wachtell has their work cut out for them.

- Timon3 3y agoThose are Musks accusations. That doesn't mean that document paints the whole picture, or is even fully truthful. If you just go by their complaint, we'll have to wait for the judgement to see whether they are correct or not.
