So what is the point? Calling SpaceX a monopoly but then noting that it has the most competitive rates for launch, I did not see anything that indicated unfair nor illegal practices. Yet the “monopoly” tag is one that is pejorative. “Competing with customers” was another cautionary phrase but in the end those competitors use SpaceX for lift because it has lower cost, higher availability and high technical competence. So am I supposed to now look at SpaceX with an eye of caution?
