While it's nice to get a very large grid of available radio stations, it
might also be helpful to have some form of documentation so that we know
what internet protocol is being used and what app/software/OS is required.
It's not greatly helpful to click on one of those icons and nothing happens
apart from some form of activity animation. No sound on hitting the 'play'
icon, no sound when raising the volume control to max.
Shortwave is working for me, so something in my system is available there but not in myradioglobal.
- joao_msbandeira 3y agoHi simonblack, sorry to hear about your experience - we are still improving several aspects of the website to ensure every user has a seamless experience with myRadio Global (decreasing streaming loading teams, ensuring quick radio transitions, etc). Would be great if you could send me more info at joao@myradioglobal.com so we can figure out what happened and how we can solve it (your operating system, where you are connecting from, country you selected, etc). Thank you for the feedback and once again sorry for the bad experience you had with us.
