Bumpgate was just RoHS solder and nobody recalled for that, including AMD. Seen a lot of pictures of people baking their 7850 as well, it just didn't get a fancy name like bumpgate. Bumpgate was an industry-wide problem and pretty much nobody recalled for it unless they were sued into doing it.
