I have 2 accounts. One for work, one for home. I don't generally mix and match work devices and home devices... I have email (via Outlook) on my phone, but things like texts, contacts, photos, and copy / paste between devices I don't want between personal and work devices. If I need to get files between devices I just use AirDrop.
