There must be a usecase here, allowing telephony and chatbot to filter unknown numbers.
My regular contacts? Straight to human.
An unknown number? Suspicious chatbot verifying who they are.
- JohnFen 3y agoWhy would you need a chatbot for this? When I get an unknown caller, they get my voicemail where they can tell me who they are, what they want, and how I can call them back.
