It can be made simple, especially if it’s a DNS record that’s unique to a platform. For example, if you set up an MS365 account and are using Cloudflare for DNS, there’s an OAuth like flow where MS will auto-magically update your DNS.
- fragmede 3y agoExactly. By partnering with Namecheap, there's a golden happy paved path that's just: buy domain, press "work with Bluesky" button, and there is no step three. Most people can handle that and those that can't already have friends they rely on for that kind of stuff.
