You probably have never seen them done properly. Many implementations especially in North America are indeed urban sabotage for everyone involved.
- cyberax 3y agoI have not studied ALL cities in the US, but in Seattle, SF, and Portland new bike lanes in more than 90% of cases carry _less_ traffic than the car lane that they had replaced. For the rest 10% there isn't enough data. They quite literally sabotage traffic.
