I wish there was a huge decision tree covering all possible scenarios for flight delay/cancellation, it is very hard to know exactly whwt to do in such cases.
- tenpies 3y agoAnd a little check box with the initial claim form: [ ] Check this box if having your claim rejected will make it your life's mission to appeal, cost us exponentially more money in customer services resources, and you're broadly willing to sink hours of clerical work into getting the full claim approved, even if it means you're effectively making less than Singapore minimum wage. If you tick the box your full claim gets approved from the start.
