Can someone explain the problem he is trying to solve with this piece of code ? I don't understand.
- zokier 15y agono bytes: 00000000 -> 0 one byte: 000000ff -> 1 two bytes: 0000ffff -> 2 three bytes: 00ffffff -> 3 I think that is what he is trying to accomplish.
