- drewg123 3y agoI'm surprised that Pepsico/Frito-Lay don't go after these sellers for trademark and copyright infringement. It seems like a pretty clear-cut case.
- EA-3167 3y agoWhy would any of these no doubt fly-by-night businesses care what the feds say? The Feds also say that pot is illegal, and no one is paying attention to that either. The reality is that the federal government ceded their authority on this issue when they were such cowards as to avoid rescheduling, but still let states go ahead and do it by default.
