The flamewars on social media are fundamentally outraging and shocking, but I don't find them any strange. Maybe my usage of "rocking the boat" was a bit inappropriate, I apologise. I definitely didn't want to say I don't want "too strange" stuff. It's just that the topics people talk about are very narrow, and even on the most heated twitter thread it's mostly the same stuff. There is nothing novel in there.:(
