- asadotzler 3y agoIgnore that dude. This "you're not paying for it" bullshit needs to end. Yes, we are paying for it. We are paying with our attention and our sharecropping labor. We give them a mind to infect and they sell that to advertisers. We give them our content and they use that to attract other minds to sell to advertisers. Any suggestion that those aren't a valuable payments shows a complete lack of understanding of the last 20 years of online "progress" and also just makes them look foolish.
