This is a rather narrow view of what the site is used for. It's also about media, art, and live music -- things that overlap heavily with Instagram.
For example, I've found that you unfortunately can't avoid Twitter when keeping up with the underground electronic music scene in the US. Discord and Reddit have made some strides in replacing it, but not much.
- shrimpx 3y agoInterested in underground electronic music in general. Any recommendations for artists or accounts to follow?
- creatonez 3y agoI quite enjoy: Xenolinguist, Mindex, Voljum, TheBusiness, Maxfield, ToneVizion, Omnist, Josh Teed, Nyquist, EOS, Tripp St, Aleph, Lemondoza, kLL sMTH Most of these names are on Soundcloud and/or Bandcamp. It's Americanized electronic bass, dubstep, halftime, and IDM with a psychedelic slant. This kind of stuff might not be everyone's cup of tea :)
