- aio2 3y agoThis is 'in the first two hours'. We gotta give it another 2 weeks
- hbn 3y agoAlso you really can't compare anything to Google+ cause they used every trick in the dark pattern book to convert every Google and YouTube account to be a Google+ """user""", whereas Threads requires installing an app and going through the (short, if you have an IG account) sign-up process. YouTube constantly harassed you to convert your account to be a Google+ account, and there was a point where commenting on any YouTube video would automatically make a post on Google+, as if you shared the video with that comment as a caption. They're totally not comparable.
- WiSaGaN 3y agoDidn't expect this comment to get downvoted. This is just a comparable number that is closest to the definition in title we can get. There is no information on the "first two hours signup" in a social network app launched by a large technology company that has the means to push their existing user to signup the new service. There is nothing implied.
