I've been using sam for close to 4 years now for writing C, best editor I've ever used. In combination with the plumber I don't feel like I have much more to ask for. Rob tended to quite like mouse navigation and I tend to agree with him, I never bothered making space in my head for very specific navigational commands in say vim, versus just moving the mouse to where I want the cursor to go.

- moody__ 3y agoAcme restricts the use of the edit language to 'Edit' commands given in the tag bar. For someone who uses those commands quite often, I don't find this ergonomic in the slightest. I also have issues with the way windows are managed, but this is perhaps only personal taste.
