In 2019 the first half of year Germany produced 264000GWh vs 224000GWh in 2023. In fact total electricity production is decreasing since 2015 when it was over 273000GWh. You can increase your renewable share if you are producing less. If you look carefully you will see that nuclear generation was just not replaced.
