- Apocryphon 3y agoThe "no politics on HN" rule/convention died out around 2016 or so. Turns out even though Hacker News used to not believe in politics, politics believes in hackers. And everything about this story is actually about hackers, rather than a random political story like many highly-discussed articles as of late.
