Yeah jobs search is miserable right now. Recruiters seem to have no sense of urgency, I'd get initial phone calls scheduled like a week out. The 2-4 days for them to get that info to the hiring manager, then if they want to move on, you get a first round interview scheduled with an unavailable engineer maybe a week or two out again. The 4more rounds like that of 1 hour interviews. They gather all the feedback and reject you on a scheduled phone call a few days after the last one. It's almost like they don't really want to hire anyone. There's not reason this can't be done within a week, two at most.
