- Scubabear68 3y agoSo it is like two screens before the “real” interview? Weird. Sounds like a very lengthy process!
- teucris 3y agoYep. Hiring is expensive.
- wyclif 3y agoBut it didn't used to be, and not because of inflation. Somehow old school companies like IBM, Hewlett-Packard and NASA managed to hire top engineering talent by doing single interviews instead of multi-day seven interview slogs.
- teucris 3y agoI’d imagine a smaller applicant volume helped a bit there.
