Wasn’t QNX itself open source for a short time? I seem to remember eagerly grabbing a copy from Github around 2010-2011, but unfortunately that was on a work laptop from a previous job.

They did publish the source to the kernel in 2007, although not under an open-source license: https://openqnx.com/node/471 https://openqnx.com/node/471
