They don't pay me 400K (plus performance bonuses) a year to hit keys on the keyboard.
They pay me to stare at the ceiling, and reduce the number of keys everybody else needs to hit by 80-99%.
Being able to talk to Product Owners, Designers, and Artists without needing to translate is a big plus too.
