Yeah, I think what was meant is that the Elo rating system might make it difficult to account for changes in the rating.
People change their minds all the time (and it's a good thing), I agree.
- aleksiy123 3y agoYes, this is what I meant. Changing the rating would require storing every rating and recalculating all dependent ratings which could be quite a large DAG. While not impossible I don't think it would be particularly scalable.
