The Fiskesuppe looks tasty, although my new favourite food is Zuppa di Cozze. If there's something quite fun to do in Norway and Denmark in just about any type of weather, it's shore fishing and eating fish.

Fiskesuppe just means "fish soup", and the ways of making it are as varied as the name suggests. Putting a score on it is nonsense.
