There are also people who can't really focus on moving objects very well. They generally look extremely blurry to me even if moving relatively slow. A few years ago e.g. the Simpsons began to use these computer aided 3-d pans which hurt my eyes to watch. Pausing, they are all in normal resolution but when watching them the screen turns into a mush for me and I can just see color blobs.
