I felt that this was going to be satire of some kind. But it seems confused and confusing. Part of it is about accessibility and part of it is about harrassment. It seems to be highlighting positive things GNOME has done in terms of accessibility. In fact I expected it to blame GNOME, or some other projects, for ignoring a11y, but that is not the case. And then it brings in this issue of people getting harrassed outside the confines of the project. And I don't know what a project is supposed to do in terms of protecting its members from harrassment no matter where they go on the Internet; that seems like a personal safety issue and not something GNOME or any F/OSS project is equipped to fix.
