Only after I witnessed how people treat my nephew, I realized how much I suffered from alcoholism of my father. I ended up with severe insomnia, depression, anxiety - disabled. Zero productivity. It is effortless for me to avoid alcohol. I don't mind having 'one' drink when people invite me, but I don't need it. Second last time I saw my father, before he died, it was so heart breaking that I almost collapsed on the ground from mental shock of just seeing him. Yes, alcohol is bad. But most people don't know why or how bad it is. Cheers.
