My ISP blocks it since long, but I use https://mullvad.net/en/help/dns-over-https-and-dns-over-tls https://mullvad.net/en/help/dns-over-https-and-dns-over-tls which fixes it. Sucks for all users who don't know how to change their DoH provider though. Would like to have an explanation.
