Legacy or athletic admissions are not against the law or violations of civil rights. Displaying bias against Asian-Americans in college admissions is a violation of civil rights law and reprehensibly racist on top of that. One doesn't have to be a conservative to see that that's true. The real question one should ask is why so many progressives are speaking out in support of Harvard policies that were naked racism against Asian-Americans? They're making it pretty clear that they're no allies of ours.
