Lots of proposing to vote with your feet, yet leaving is not the solution to make things better when everywhere else is the same. Two things I didn't see were 1) unionizing, which I get is complex, but at some point its a way of re-establishing some kind of power balance 2) taking the raise yourself by decreasing your hours. With remote, and given that the outcome is often barely noticeable, why not?
