I'd say a union is how you start getting back power to the workers, but given tech's ignorant libertarian bent of "I can do better on my own"... Let's just say I'm not holding my breath.

> given tech's ignorant libertarian bent of "I can do better on my own"... Tech is uniquely positioned currently I think where skilled labor isn't as prevalent as the demand. Hence; 'we can do better on our own' for (many/most, not all) of us. As soon as that balance tips; I'd agree with you.
