Get laid more often. More often.
- digitalsushi 15y agoWhat's brilliant about this is it directly, but unmentioned, provides actual social interaction and communication with another person. Even just having a person you regularly get coffee with before work for long enough to have a real conversation would be a great interjection to the daily routine.
