- tptacek 3y agoI'm not saying that! I don't know! Maybe all the charming "ice cream nachos" stuff was part of the transformation from Burnardo'z to Doc Burnstein's. But one assumes Steinberg was the prime mover in trying to take the ice cream shop regional, and then statewide, which is when it became a target for the bogus investment firm.
