This just happened to me. I was explaining it and I am starting to feel like a crazy conspiracy theorist and AI doomer when I explain how it can more or less write and script and solve any problem. Then I see how people use it, and they can barely articulate elementary concepts, let alone break them down or solve them. I feel like being able to use GPT right now requires an ability to do this, which is probably why. Let alone most people aren't even using GPT4. They type in some barely coherent instructions to GPT 3 and then dismiss it as hogwash.
