Intercom facing employee unrest after new policy ended support for Pride
- jcolman 3y agoFormer employee here. So disappointed to see this. Those ERGs include groups for Black people immigrants, even working parents. They’re not political—they’re for people to support each other.
- not_your_vase 3y agoI might be a minority voice here, but I support this, because they stop all of these initiatives, not only pride month. Companies should not have to need a public opinion (be it pro or contra) on all topics, especially if it is not related to their field of work.
