Any examples of those books? And by “carnivore”, do you mean specifically including meat? Or do you mean something completely different, like a ‘varied & balanced’ diet? I find it odd to list the biggest change in a move from a more tribal to a more westernised diet as being “beer & grains”. I would have expected the increase in sugar and chemicals/preservatives to be the relevant factor.
