I wonder what impact this will have on joke reviews that people put on Amazon. From the article, it seems like this is just focused on the businesses themselves. But some products on Amazon, like famously the sugar free gummy bears, have people blow up the reviews with fake meme reviews.
- octacat 3y agoIt is yet another regulation which is sounds useful, but very hard to enforce. Starting with the fact that the seller always can say "we don't know anything, these reviews are left by the clients".
